A classic expression of Bulgaria's most celebrated indiginous red varietal. The nose presents boysenberry, black cherry, juniper, and thyme. The palate is medium bodied with firm but integrated tannins. The dense core of dark fruit and herbs makes for a sensual but serious wine.
Aged 12 months in botti (classic French oak barrels 33 – 54 hl ) and Bulgarian oak barrels (500 l).
