There's only one word that sums up this rosé correctly - explosive! The aromas of this wine are complex and intense and can be smelled from feet away from the glass. Strawberry, grapefruit, raspberry, nectarine, and red apple skin, as well as rose, peach blossom, and a slightly mineral note. The finish is long and highly enjoyable. It goes without saying this is one of the greatest rosés we've ever tasted.
Carefully selected hand-picked grapes, directly pressed after short maceration in appropriate temperature. Fermentation in inox tanks for over 20 days at 14-16˚C.
