50% Chardonnay and 50% Viognier
While relatively uncommon, Viognier is finding more and more popularity in Bulgaria. This unique blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Viognier means a creamy texture filled with ripe aromas of peach, pear, quince, as well as cream, chamomile, and tarragon.

Grapes are hand-picked. Some of the berries are directly pressed, while part of the must is drained after a short cool maceration. Fermentation is in old barrels (10%) and in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel.
